Eeeek sorry, only just saw this, I normally go on Tumblr on my phone and dont get the message notifications, Im not normally this rude! Haha well for stamina we do something called Bronwyns Stepabout, it goes like this;
1. Left leg of last step, then 8 bar break.
2. Whole last step, then 8 bar break.
3. Left leg of second step + whole last step, then 8 bar break.
4. Whole second step + whole third step, then 8 bar break.
5. Left leg of first step (lead) + whole second step + whole third step, then 8 bar break.
6. Whole dance
That way your doing more than 3 dances with minimal break! We also do quite a few 2-in-a-rows and 3 -in-a-rows when our teachers are feeling cruel haha
